TV-Loonland publishes its unaudited accounts 2008

Munich/London, 19 November 2009 - TV-Loonland AG is today publishing its unaudited accounts for the year ended 31st December 2008. These accounts are produced in normal annual accounts format save that there is no Audit Report.
The company is taking this step so that shareholders have as much information as possible ahead of the EGM being held on 26th November 2009.
Beginning of next week the half-year report 2009 will also be released. Following the EGM it is hoped that the audited accounts will be published.
The unaudited accounts 2008 are available for download on the company's Investor Relations Homepage ( http://ir.tv-loonland.de/ ).
